The implementing decree of the Hunting Act; section 71 lists the hunting seasons and section 72 the special rules.

The decree details how the Hunting Act is applied, including hunting grounds, game management and hunting dogs. Section 71(1) lists the hunting season for each species (furred and feathered game in separate groups); it is part of the decree text, not a separate annex.
Under section 71(2), if the day before the first day or the day after the last day of a season falls on a Saturday or a public holiday, hunting is also allowed on that day. Under (3), in game enclosures (zvernice) the game kept there may also be hunted from 1 to 31 January. Section 72 gives special rules for pheasantries and for hunting hen pheasants.
